True Conservatives?

Oh the times have changed...

We are in the days in which if a Democrat is "pro-life" he is labled a conservative. What is wrong with this picture? Why is it that we as true conservatives let liberals place us on the lists among conservative democrats. I blame us first and foremost for not fighting for our place on the national stage.

Why is Mike Huckabee, a true conservative presidential candidate, not placing among the favorite among conservative voters? "Conservative" talk show hosts, like Sean Hannity and Michael Savage, have sided themselves with Rudy Giuliani and Ron Paul respectfully and at the same time playing the conservative card.

I as a conservative ask that we back our last chance to take back the White House with a candidate that could rally our base back to the forefront of politics.

I guess this is a challenge to any conservative republican that may read this. Food for you thought if you may.
